FIRST TIMERS ARRIVAL TIME: 15 minutes before class starts to fill out a waiver and change your shoes. Please note we have a strict NO OUTDOOR SHOES ON THE DANCE FLOOR policy. Thank you! PROPER FOOTWEAR: We DO NOT recommend runners for any dance fitness class such as Zumba or Groove. Dance sneakers or cross trainers with very little grooves at the bottom are ideal. A shoe with a worn down sole and good foot & ankle support is best. Zumba shoes available for purchase at front desk. LOCKERS: Available for day time use only. Locks available at the front desk for purchase. FIRST CLASS: Your first Adult Dance Fitness class is FREE with the purchase of any one of our punch cards or fan passes (must be on first visit).
Class details (1) * Zumba in the Circuit – you need to call in advance and reserve your spot due to the class size limit for safety reasons. This class will only run with a minimum of 6 sign ups. You will punch a visit once you have reserved a spot. (2) ^ Groove – you need to call in advance and reserve your spot as this class will only run with a minimum of 6 sign ups. You will punch a visit once you have reserved a spot. (3) An exercise mat is required for any purple or blue colour coded classes.
